Las Gemelas is the most beautiful and spacious beachfront complex on the North end of Sayulita. There are 6 houses in the complex, 2 of them (Viviana and Maramor) have been completely remodeled. All houses have daily maid service (excluding Sunday’s) and on site laundry service. Each individual house is great for families, and multiple houses for larger reunions, weddings and other groups. Wedding and party planning is available, along with boat trips, massage, and in home cooking. The beach in front of the houses is all sand and great for swimming and body surfing.
A car rental is not necessary as all restaurants and shopping locations are within walking distance. The complex is far enough away from the noise of the town, but only a 10 minute walking distance into town.
The six houses of Las Gemelas are built in a "U" shape, and Casa Viviana is the closest to the beach. The recently remodeled house has an expansive patio with hot tub, mostly covered by a large palapa roof, under which is a large living and dining area that can either be opened up to be outdoors, or enclosed as indoors. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, built in rotisserie BBQ, CD player, and wireless internet. All three BRs (two with king beds, one with queen bed), and each BR has its own bathroom, A/C, and ceiling fans. You can sit under the palapa and see up and down the entire bay, just steps from the sand.

Maramor is the other newly remodeled house. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with king size beds and own bathroom. Each room is open to both a private and sunny terrace and/or private garden. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bed off to the side, private bathroom, and a beautifully crafted domed cupula. It also opens to a private garden. The house also has a small reading room with 2 twin beds.
The house is fully equipped, along with A/C in all 3 bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout the house, CD player, wireless internet, and satellite TV. The living/dining room are under a large palapa, sliding doors which open to a spacious terrace.

This house is one of the original structures in the complex. It has 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and separate entrance from outside. Master bedroom has a king bed and separate futon bed and A/C. Second bedroom has a king bed, and third bedroom has a trundle bed and single day bed. The kitchen opens up to outside, which you can keep open during the day and close off at night. There is a small courtyard in the center with an outdoor dining and BBQ. The spacious living room is detached with a palapa roof, large dining room table, couches, and ocean view terrace.
