The tiled kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, and the living/dining room is open to the garden and pool area. There is also an air conditioned den, great for watching a DVD or reading a book. The upstairs is a self contained apartment with 1 queen sized bed and 1 very small bedroom with a sink. The 2 bedrooms share a full bath, plus a living room, kitchen and small terrace. Both rooms have a/c.

A lovely 3 level triplex located in between the north and central part of town. It is 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks to town.
The top unit features an outside patio living space along with an outside kitchen with an ocean view. The bedroom is very large and can sleep up to three with a king size bed and separate twin bed, along with an enclosed bathroom and a/c.
The two bedroom unit is located on the second level with it’s one private entrance. Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, and both have a/c’s The living area features and open kitchen with full amenities, dining area, and seating area with a TV and DVD player.

Bottom level: is ground level with a very private bedroom (bed is set up to be a king but may be converted to two twins). Also on this level is a utility area, and half bath plus and outdoor shower. This ground floor area has a separate entrance from the main house.
Ground level: has two large air conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom- great shower- no tub. One bedroom has a full size bed and the somewhat larger one has a king that can be pulled apart to make two twins. Both bedrooms have internet connections and generous work spaces for writing, etc.
Second level: is the living/dining/kitchen area. There is dining for 10 at the two tables, a well appointed kitchen, two couches and a nice full bathroom. Also on this level are outdoor spaces with a view of the ocean over coconut palms.
Third level: is the rooftop floor where there is additional dining, a bar with small fridge, a large palapa sitting area, a bath with shower, and a small “dipping” pool.
Location: One and a half blocks from the beach and five blocks from town, on the north side of Sayulita.

Meander out back of the main house to find a large swimming pool with covered areas as well as comfortable chaise lounges, hammocks and pool furniture. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor eating area with a traditional wood fired pizza oven and a gas grill(If you dont want to cook we can help you hire a local cook with pizza oven experience (Very traditional).
The casita has three one bedroom suites(each completely independent) with kitchenette and lovely decks with awe inspiring views of the ocean and the jungle. For small or large groups this home will provide all the privacy you need and still be within walking distance of town or beach.
